Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests are subject to review by Weekends, before any action is authorized.
Customers may request for a refund for a payment, if after such payment a Vendor elects to cancel the paid for leisure voucher. We will make the refund within 30 days of the request being made, provided that the cancellation was not attributable to an action or an omission on the part of a Customer or such cancellation was due to a Force Majeure Event.
Vendors hereby agree to compensate us for any such refunds we make out to the Customers, unless the related cancellation was due to a Force Majeure Event.
