I don't know how to swim, can i take part in your Training?
Yes, You can do the Basic Course, But Other course requires you to be a swimmer.
How deep or how long can i hold my breath after the training?
As there are both Depth and breath Hold requirements to be met by you to pass the training. These can differ from person to Person. But we can Guarantee that you will see improvements in your depth and breath hold timing after training
I am a smoker, Can i do Freediving?
